How do I place orders?
You can place orders online using our secure online shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.  If you want to place an order by phone, please call 1-800-249-0143 during normal business hours.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
All express orders received before 12PM will ship the same business day.  All express orders placed after 12PM, will ship the following business day.  
All ground orders will ship out within 48 business hours.

How do I know when my order shipped?
You will be emailed the tracking information as soon your order ships.

What if my gift is delivered late?
If your 2 day, or Overnight shipment does not arrive on time, you will be refunded 100% of your shipping charges.  Unfortunately, this refund policy does not cover ground shipments as the delivery dates are just estimates.

What is your return policy?
All products are covered by our guarantee and will be either replaced or refunded if your gift arrives damaged.  If we commit an error, or if your gift is damaged, we will retrieve the gift, and either provide a full refund, or re-send it.  

If the gift you receive does not meet your expectations, please report it within 2 business days of receipt for a replacement or complete refund.

We cannot provide credit for orders due to incorrect address information.  We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, a decrease in product quality due to an incorrect delivery address or reroute requested by the sender, and product quality problems that were caused by the recipient mishandling the package.  Also, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections. 

Can I cancel or edit my order after I place it?
Yes, you can edit or cancel your order 24 hours before it is due to ship out.

Please note that we offer a wide variety of products, and use our best efforts to represent the products on our website. However, we occasionally need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, decorations, containers, and other items to fill an order.  We reserve the right to substitute any decorations, containers,   packing materials, or ingredients with a replacement of equal or greater value.
